Q: Question1) Can both ovens Broil? 2) Do the broil burners in both ovens cover a large surface area so everything on a tray broils evenly? 3) Does the purchase come with both a griddle and cooking grate for the middle burners?

Luckily, this model does have an oven light feature on the control panel that makes watching the food easy. More information on the broil feature is available on page 16 of the use and care manual. • A:Answer Hey there, This is a great question! We only test our ovens to cook one turkey at a time, therefore we cannot recommend cooking two 20 lb turkeys at the same time. • A:Answer The oven comes with an LP conversion kit. Only the lower, gas powered oven has a broiler. However, the top oven has the heating element on top and is close to the food and can brown things nicely.

• A:Answer Hello Chris, thank you for your question! We recommend that you do not use a steel wool pad; it will scratch the surface. Cleaners with oxalic acid such as Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser™ will remove surface rust, tarnish and small blemishes. Use only a liquid cleanser free of grit and rub in the direction of the brush lines with a damp, soft sponge. To clean the stainless steel surface, use warm sudsy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish. Always wipe the surface in the direction of the grain. Follow the cleaner instructions for cleaning the stainless steel surface. We hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. – CV
