The machine comes with a packet of descaler. The instructions also suggest a 1:1 mix of white vinegar and water will work well.

We recommend you review the section titled: "Descaling Process" on pg. 15 of the owner's manual for instructions on how to properly descale your machine. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes with the machine. Some kind of powered stuff. I use vinegar and it works great. However, the descaling alert is impossible to turn off no matter what you do.
