• Hello Angela. I'm glad you reached out with your question about Dual Fuel. Dual Fuel means that the cooktop is gas and the oven is electric. All of our gas and dual fuel ranges are set for natural gas, but come with an LP conversion kit to allow them to be hooked up to propane. Thanks for checking! LEDA@GEA

• No. It means a gas cooktop and electric oven, which is the best combo there is. I'm on my third dual-fuel range and love it. I can't recommend this configuration enough. Be sure that you can run a gas line to your property if you do not already have one.
