Hi there - Congratulations on your new coffee maker! This model is stunning, and we're glad you love it! We're sorry you are getting false reports about the water reservoir. We can understand how frustrating that would be and would love to be of help. When the error message shows up, you may press the brew button and “10 cups” will appear on the screen. Use the dial to adjust the number of cups you desire and pour that amount of water into the reservoir.
