Q: QuestionCan you open the right fridge door while filling your water on the left fridge door? We do NOT want one that shuts off water dispersing every time you open the fridge.

• A:Answer Yes, the lower freezer door is very reasonably priced at GE's online website. The only downside is buying it through GE, they'll only sell it through service. So that means having to pay them to install it. Not sure what the installation charge would be, but knowing GE, it shouldn't be too bad.

Q: QuestionPurchased in July and due to a remodel we just plugged it up mid August. The freezer this past week twice has ice caked all throughout the trays. We have ensured the doors are closed. Has anyone else had this issue? What could be the cause?

The height from the floor to the bottom handle on the refrigerator section is 33-1/2". We also found that with the door open 90 degrees this model measures 44-7/8" in Width. The drawers should be able to fully open.
