How do I get the pre order beta code/token? null

Countless hours of messaging and calling they're telling me "You dont need one, its open beta." Which yea, at the time it was. Prior i never received an email with a preorder code. Im concernced as to whether or not I'll even received the skins and characters I paid for for getting the vault edition. I'm pretty much being told I'm SOL and they dont send codes out, yet it states in the descriptions that you should get one.
