Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. There are no pre-installed operating systems on the pi 4 because it does not have its own storage. It does come with a micro SD card that is preloaded with NOOBS(New Out Of Box Software) which will give you a few options for operating systems. However, windows 10 is not one of these. This is a single board computer and does not have the power to run full Windows. Now some ports of stripped down versions are available for download and flash online, but it's a hassle and most of the time they do not work properly. That being said, Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, Twister OS, and a few others are not far from your typical windows experience, they even have comparable office apps like spreadsheet and slideshow. If you're wanting to replace your desktop with a pi 4 I think you will be disappointed, these are more for tinkering and random projects. Raspberry pi just released their own imager that has pi os, Ubuntu, recallbox and more. You'll just need a separate SD card for each os you want to try. Or you could use berryboot to boot multiple os from an external ssd. Hope this helps.

However there are several OS that can be used to flash the SD card with. I am using Ubuntu Mate Desktop 20.04. There is a way to install windows 10 but it is not the windows 10 like on a regular PC. It is an IoT program like you would find on a windows cell phone.
