I have never had any issues with toner on any laser printer I have owned going back 25 years. I don't print a lot so there is often a long time between prints. I had my last printer 10 years before I ran low on toner and it printed just as well after 10 years as it did when I got it.

Color printerz. Inkjet cartridges are usually 200 - 400 pages per cartridge Cost=40$ up Toner cartridge are 2000 - 4000 page per cartridge.. Cost=70$ up
