• You have to install the canon utilities that comes with the printer or from the canon website for 733 printer support page on the computer you want scan to computer should be working. Hope this helps

• New problem. It will not scan both sides to the computer. USB is still working fine.

• OK, so I reinstalled all the software from the disk instead of from the Canon official site and the scan to computer function now works. Next step is to scan to a specific location and not the default location. How do you do that?
