• A:Answer So the new RF lens have a control ring on them. You can use this control ring to change your ISO, aperture etc quickly without going into your settings. The $199 adapter has this control ring on it so your EF lens have the same feature as the RF. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer Yes, at least mine works. I have a sigma 17-50mm f2.8 and works just as well when it was on my dslr. I would say as long as it is a EF or EF-S lens mount you should be okay.
