This lens does NOT have in-lens image stabilization. If the Best Buy product description says it does, then they are WRONG! Refer to the Canon product website: https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/ef-24-70mm-f-28l-ii-usm You will see that: * YES - this is an L-series lens * YES - it is a series II lens * YES - it has a USM for the focus drive BUT NO, it does not have in-lens image stabilization "IS" There are other brands of EF 24-70 lenses which DO have image stabilization in-lens, but this Canon one does not (unlike say, the EF70-200 f/2.8L IS II/III models)
