Does this camera have image stabilization? null

IS or Image Stabilizer is an option unique to the lenses not to the camera. if you have a lens with IS it will work on the EOS 7D Mark ii

Is not that a function of the lens that's used?

Canon 7 D Mark II, works well with image stabilizer as long as your lenses have the same.
