Q: QuestionWhat is the length (depth)? All they give is width and height. I need to know if it will fit in my space. Thanks!

• A:Answer The depth, front to back, is 13 inches, PLUS the cable to the PC sticks out the back another 1.5 inches. The bottom is pretty flat. There are no real "legs," just some plastic that protrudes down about 1/16" - 1/8", so the printer can hang over the front edge of a shelf without any problem. The power cord is in the back-left corner, but is recessed and plugs in sideways, so it does not add to the width or depth.

• A:Answer ANY inkjet printer should be used about once a week so that the ink does not dry out in the print heads. Just print one picture that has shades of red, yellow, and blue. This printer has a built-in scanner, so you can print something without even using a computer.

• A:Answer I can verify that it will print on 65 lb. cardstock just fine, but I haven't used anything heavier than that. I take all the other paper out of the paper tray and only put one piece of cardstock in at a time, just to be on the safe side. I do that with photo paper as well. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer I don't know, however we purchased this model & then upgraded to the G6020. The model you are speaking of did not have duplex (back to back) printing, & other features that our old copiers had, which I thought were standard. Our new model has a led screen so others in the office can walk up & copy or scan vs accessing these tools through the computer. Good luck! :)

• A:Answer I have the same concern. I just received a response from Althea in customer service for Canon and, according to her, none of the MegaTank printers offer this capability. As far as I know, none of the supertank printers offer this capability. I know at one time Epson EcoTank printers offered this capability on a couple of the top of the line models, but the least expensive model offering this feature is over $400. I cannot see paying that much for a printer just for one feature. I would also note that, unless you are using some type of third party label software, the Canon Software for labels is limited in function in terms of design. Epson's proprietary software is superior. I also have experienced fewer quality issues with Epson printers than with Canon
