- Answer Yes, remove the CD/DVD tray attached to the bottom of the lower paper tray (pull it out and look under it - slide it out), put your printable CD/DVD/BD in it and pull the latch located between the top tray and the document scanner lid to insert the printable disc tray there. Follow instructions to print directly onto printable discs. You can use the included software or as I prefer the older Canon CD Labelprint software, which also works great with this printer, even on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. http://cd-labelprint.software.informer.com/

- Answer The unit comes with 5 cartridges to start with. For replacements, suggest logging into LD Products, Inc. web site. (They located in Long Beach CA). Once on the site search for this printer model number and see the excellent compatible replacement cartridges they offer. There prices are excellent, and offer quick delivery by mail to your home, office or PO Box. I've used them for several years and service is excellent and no concerns with cartridges either.

QuestionIs the Canon MX922 compatible and capable of printing from a Samsung Note5 mobile phone over WiFi? I noticed it list Apple products but not sure about Samsung Android!

QuestionDoes the ink bleed at all? I run a Small Business and when printing labels with the printer I have now, the ink bleeds some; I need a photo printer that I can depend on to print quality photos/labels. Thank you.

- Answer I’ve had this printer for almost a year and i have not had any poor quality prints or ink on the paper. You have to be really carefull installing the ink cartridges though. If you squeeze the thin cartridges too hard while installing you will get it all on your hands.

- Answer This is a great printer and the regular price is higher. I always watch BestBuy for a product I need or want and if I can wait I purchase it on sale for a good price. The good thing with this printer it uses generic ink and does a great job. Since ink is so expensive when you do a lot of printing this is a big savings. Hope this helps.

- Answer Yes, it has two paper trays. The upper tray accommodates either 4X6 or 5X7 photo paper and is the default tray if you are printing photos from an IOS device. The lower tray is designed for 81/2X11 or 81/2X14 copy paper and envelopes and is the default tray for everything except photos.

- Answer By sheeted do you mean a single sheet? It’s actually a multi sheet fed scanner. By that I mean load multiple documents single sided or double sided and it will automatically scan each and both sides. The software will allow you to put all the scans into a single file or separate ones for each side. Hope that helps.

- Answer I tested this for you and yes, it should be doing both of what you asked. I first printed out a few pages and told it to print on both sides, which it does this correctly. I then went into the Copy/Print settings, and set: ADF duplex scan: Duplex 2-sidedPrintSetting: 2-sided It then made copies of what I printed out earlier, and it printed the copies on both sides. QuestionIs the scanning function wireless or do I need a cable to connect with my desktop?

- Answer Everything about it is wireless. I have the printer 20 feet away from the computer and all you have to do is install the software on the computer and follow the setup. Make sure the computer and printer is on the same WiFi network. Printing, scanning, faxing is all done wirelessly. Also, I like the way the front panel automatically opens when the printer starts printing.

QuestionCan I scan a thick item like a book opened flat? Is the scanner only a feed or can I flip open the top and lay the item on the scanning bed?

- Answer You can flip the top up. I have scanned book pages laid flat. You will get shading around the edges depending on how thick the book. The scanner bed is letter size. 8-1/2 by 11. Nothing larger in single scan.

- Answer The manual says: - A4 or Letter size: Max. 35 sheets (20 lb (75 g /m2) paper), up to 0.20 inches (5 mm) in height - Legal size: Max. 30 sheets (20 lb (75 g /m2) paper), up to 0.16 inches (4 mm) in height - Other sizes: 1 sheet The most I have done is 5 and it worked beautifully.

- Answer You can chose an all black option - at least you are given that option if you are using Windows 10 from which to print, or if you are using the copy function directly on the printer.
