I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. I JUST IGNORE IT. I HAVE SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY ON EXPENSIVE PRINTERS. THIS IS FOR PERSONAL USE AND IS WIRELESS. OTHERWISE IT FITS MY NEEDS JUST FINE. I HAVE TOO MANY OTHER ISSUES GOING ON IN EVERYDAY LIVING THAT I CANNOT A;ALLOW A PRINTER DRIVE ME CRAZY.
