- Answer The printer is pretty basic but it works with my MacBook pro. I had trouble connecting it to my internet ...the fault of the interest not the printer. The Cannn support worked out a way to connect the printer to my computer on wifi directly with my computer..

- Answer I have my TS6420 on a 5G network but only operating at 2.4G. So, I don't know if it'll operate at full 5G.

QuestionTS6420:The word of CANON is in on small screen. It seems to be frozen, i push OK , Nothing happens, it does not give me any options. My wi-fi works, No instructions . Just frozen only CANON appears. i've turned off and on. Nothing happens. How do I fix?

- Answer Try unplugging the power cord. This printer seems to come up with an awful lot of error codes. I pull the plug and wait 10 minutes to see it it will reset itself.

- Answer I have not scanned yet but yes it does print and copy and very easy to set up to device. The cartridges are hard to find in stores but are available on line and vary in price.
