I have the G20, a great camera, however the format used is taken in MTS mode and Apple/ITunes/ etc does not allow the ability to Home Share in HD to a TV or device. I'm not certain if in fact the G30 model allows the different formats needed to be able to stream your movies etc to your TV. I'm assuming that the G40 is appropriately compatible!
