Put it in refrigerator for 4-5 days... And for even more if bubble is of large size... It will freeze and will eventually disappear
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the same case 1 day ago but for my Iphone 7 plus, and today I noticed an air bubble that is getting bigger and bigger, Do I need to fill a form in order to get it replaced?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t have this case from bestbuy but I have a different one. It isn’t leaking BUT there was only a tiny bubble that was unnoticeable and I don’t even know if there actually was a bubble when I got it. Then, I was a tiny bubble and it keeps getting bigger and bigger and now it’s huge. I don’t want to get another case because this is only a week old. It was also very expensive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed the air bubble in mine, after I had spent a week in Colorado, and a round trip flight there. High altitude and cabin pressure in airplane. What to do?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! Except along with the bubble, it was also slowly leaking oil. It was hard to notice the oil at first but there were a couple times that I left my phone sitting on the counter for an extended period of time and when I picked it up, you could see oil on the counter around the edges of where my phone was. I contacted casemate after filling out the warranty info (I had bought the case in Oct 16), and they asked for pictures. I couldn't tell where it was leaking from though, so I just sent in a picture of the large bubble of air that had formed and was getting bigger. They mailed me a brand new case with no additional questions. Received it about 3 days later, and just put it on my phone 2 days ago and now the new one is feeling oily around the edges! I don't see a bubble in it yet so I'm really hoping it's from my kids oily fingers but I even saw oil on the counter again so I really don't have high hopes. I think I'm gonna just buy me a different case this time and not have to worry about this issue anymore.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Guys it’s not the product which is messed up . Every single glitter phone case forms that air bubble in it . I have three and they were really expensive and still have formed an air bubble. I know it’s annoying but it’s not the company’s fault. You can try to put them in the refrigerator but i don’t know if it works . Just trying this on mine .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You aren't noticing the leak because the liquid isn't water, it's a chemical that evaporates much faster than water. Think like rubbing alcohol. There may be a solvent/chemical smell that you'd notice a little bit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did that too! I never noticed any oil leaking out either and now it’s all out. If I shake my phone the beads inside rattle. It’s completelt dry inside. I use the term beads because the glitter completely separated from the transparent beads a long time ago and the glitter is now stuck to the plastic. My case is about 5 months old. Unfortunately I don’t have my receipt and I’m not a member of Best Buy so I’m stuck with an ugly case. The only good thing about this case is that it does protect the phone well. A waste of money if you bought it for style too like I did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! Don’t buy it because i still have mine on and I’m getting another DIFFERENT case soon but anyways my water/oil or whatever it is, is completely gone! It’s just the glitter and beads left and I never saw it leak so I’m wondering where it came from!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is more than a bubble it's turning loose all around the edges! Did you send in your warranty card or register it online? I called them and that's the first thing they asked! I would think they would replace it! Hope this helps some!
