“Does this telescope hold up in the rain, or does it rust? Does it hold it's weight or get knocked over easily in the wind?”

• I usually keep this telescope covered and in my garage but I did leave it out in the backyard one night and there was heavy dee and light rain overnight but ive seen no sign of rust and the rri pod system is very sturdy, the scope carries some weight and my son has a rambuctious husky that runs into everything, she couldnt topple the telescope though!

• The StarSense Explorer LT 114AZ telescope should never be left outside in inclement weather conditions and must be dried immediately if it gets wet. Under normal observing conditions, the telescope will remain steady; however, there may be noticeable vibrations in windy conditions.
