All retail individual eero purchases should come with an ac adapter and an ethernet cable (except the eero 6 extender which has not ethernet ports, so it will not have an ethernet cable). For refurbished ones they should be complete but you would want to check with Best Buy, also check with them for the discounts, that is something they would control.
