No you leave them on. They stop the tray from falling out and burning you when you're dumping food out. I found this article looking for replacements because we somehow lost one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same question regarding these 4 rubber pieces on the crisper. Rubber. Heat. Food. Kind of made me wonder. I bought the air fryer for healthy cooking, but seems to me that cooking with rubber in the mix is anti-healthy. There is even a warning on my air fryer (Gourmia 2 quart compact air fryer, model# GAF236) regarding the initial "Hot plastic smell during the first few uses." However, and oddly to me, absolutely zero mention of these rubber "feet" in MY user manual. I'm about to use this thing for the first time, with the rubber feet put back on the crisper, because I took them off initially. We will see how it goes. I think if Gourami truly wants to advertise "easy, HEALTHY, and delicious meals", they need to realize people aren't idiots and need some mention of these rubberized feet on the crisper. Seems obvious to me, but maybe I'm an idiot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you need them I lost 2 of mine I have no clue where to find the Tristar who sells Copper Chef dontt have them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are silicone so that's why they are fine even in high temps.. it's the same as the silicone mats for baking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.we were wondering that too, and the answer is no, you can leave them on. we took them off to wash it the first time though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO keep them on! They keep the tray from falling out when you shake your food to mix it up or when you dump it out onto your plate. They keep the tray in place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They stay on. These "bumpers" make the grill fit snugly and avoid vibration
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The instruction booklet does state to make sure the tabs are on the crisper tray/basket when using.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This doesn't help. We have the rubber feet on but the basket still falls out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You leave them on. This is the instruction manual for a Gourmia brand air fryer which actually comes with extra rubber tabs in case you lose them: https://www.gourmia.com/pdf/Gourmia%20GAF685%20-%20%20User%20Manual.pdf
