- Answer I took them off because of that reason. I had read several reviews about a lot of smoke, burnt rubber smell and taste to the food, so i took them off, so far(going on 2 years) and no smoke, except for the first time we used it and used oil as recommended…big mistake, had do much smoke that our alarms went off and our alarm company called, so, in short, most definitely take those things off.

QuestionI bought 100 pkg of the liners. They are somewhat too big. Can you use them if they overlap? Can they be trimmed?

QuestionI am preheating my air fryer to 390 and now it’s showing a temp of 145 and a timer started if 30 min and it’s counting down. The heating light went out. So is it preheating now and it takes 30 min to preheat?

- Answer Pull basket assembly out and let timer run itself out to its finishing audible ding. Do NOT attempt to force timer knob to the zero time position.

- Answer Cancel your order while you can. Spend additional $40-50 and you’ll get a better item like Phillips or other branded air fryer. This is for dormitory use or someone who does not want to spend more money to buy a better brand and have time to wait for their food.
