- Answer The internal cooking area measurements of the Chefman Air Fryer Toaster Oven are 12.5 x 11.75. However, if it's a disposable pan, it might be under 13'' long, as well as flexible, so you may be able to fit it in.

- Answer Yeah I had the same problem, my broccoli looked like it came from a California forest fire. For me it was just trying out different times but I have kept my air fry temp on 375. Plus I put my food in at different times. First I put in the potatoes they take about 30-35 mins to get tender. Then at about 25 mins left I will put in the meat(depending on how you want it cooked 25 for well done) then the last 5 mins I’ll put in frozen vegetables. I’ve had a good turn out with those times at that temp. Good luck.

- Answer Yes. The oven does have a light, but it only comes on when the oven is heating. There is no oven light switch to turn it on/off. The light does not come on even when opening the oven door.

- Answer Yes! Probably the best use of the air fryer function. They get crispy. I've been using frozen fries straight out of the freezer.

- Answer Yes, will hold 3 trays, a 13 x 9.5 inch sheet pan is a exact fit. quarter-size sheet pan from Sam's fit into the shelf slots just like the metal rack that came with oven. we bought 3 of these ovens, every aspect of this oven is top notch, best air fryer, with bake be sure to watch time and temp. cut temp. down 25 deg. and use shortest bake time listed. we found this works for us,

- Answer It does beep BUT, unless you're standing right in front of it, you'll never hear it. It's literally the lowest beep on any device I've experienced. If you're in the next room you won't know when it's done. Great over but the alarm stinks.

- Answer I set the oven/air fryer on a wooden surface for the initial "burn-in" run. This was done outside, of course, as it does emit a foul odor during the initial use. The wooden surface did not get hot. When I used it inside, the counter top (formica) did not get hot. The heat is vented out the back, so I kept it a few inches away from the wall. I unplug the oven after using it, but that's just a personal preference. I don't think it really matters if you leave it plugged in or not.

QuestionWhen using the broil element a lot of smoke was produced. I cleaned the element and still there was smoke coming from inside. Has anyone experienced this and is there anything to be done besides returning? Thanks

- Answer I followed the advice of other reviewers and set the oven outside and ran it for a couple of hours using the 450 degree temperature setting and various baking options (broil, bake, convection, etc.). It did smoke some and had a somewhat foul odor, which was the reason the reviewers recommended doing this. You may try doing this and see if it helps with the smoke issue. Also, try lowering the rack and temperature when you broil to see if that may also help with the smoke issue.

- Answer One of the two has a fan picture next to it and that setting does convection bake & broil, the other does not.

- Answer I have tried to get another rack. They were out of them. When I was finally able to get them to send me one they sent the wrong size. Customer service is not their strong suit. By the way, it's almost impossible to find a rack that fits, so hopefully Chefman will get a supply of racks in the proper size. I'm not keeping my fingers crossed :-)
