• I think you mean analog and digital controls, analog would just be knobs you turn, temp and timer, digital would have push buttons and a display that tells you time and temp. I like the knobs you turn, less chance of failure.

• This is a "air fryer" with a "analog" timer (not digital)...just turn the dial like the old egg timer and it starts to cook.

• This is an air fryer. i think analog is just a reference to the timing mechanism. It does not show a digital display, just set the time in minutes on a dial.
