• The difference is some have very few preset digital temperatures and all you get such as 250 degrees, 350 degrees and 400 degrees, in form of button for fries or chicken or programed buttons. While most analog air fryers allow you to change temperature normally by 5 degrees intervals.

• Digital has push buttons and digital readout for setting cooking time and temp. Analog has knobs you turn to set temp and cooking time.

• This digital air fryer has ability for you to set temp in 10 degree increments all the way up to 410 degrees. And set time from 1 to 60 minutes or 3rd option to use presets.

• Analog is basic settings: time & temp only. Digital has lots of settings preset for specific meats and veggies.
