QuestionEvery time I try to use the basket to cook French fries, it goes for several minutes then stops. It gives an E1 error code. There is no list in the paper work of what different error codes mean. This has happened every time.

- Answer I just push the button I want to change to and it switches and for the time, I turn it to 1 minute and let that run down. I'm sure you have the answers similar if not better by now after 4 months. I'm just excited cause I just got mine :D

- Answer The door won’t shut because your racks are in backwards. Turn them around (reverse them) and the door will close with ease. I thought I bought a defective fryer as well. Very common mistake and ease fix.
