QuestionIt won't turn on and heat up and timer wont start for any cooking mode brand new out of the box. Display does come on and inner light works but wont heat up and fan doesnt turn on. Timer stays stuck on 1 sec from where started and wont move past that.

QuestionI've read in the user guide that the unit should beep when timer ends. It's not beeping and just end on the display. Do I need to do something for it to beep or the unit is broken? Is the beeping loud or just a soft click sound?

- Answer Seems kind of useless to hold two buttons for a beep,when you’re already standing in front. Unless you just have a need for official beep. Mine does not beep, would be nice if it did.

QuestionWhen it beeps because it’s at the end the unit doesn’t shut off... Isn’t it supposed to shut off at the end of the timer? We burnt pizza because the timer went off said END but was still running.

- Answer I haven't had that issue. My oven begins to cool after the timer goes off. The on/off switch turns white.

QuestionWhy is my toaster oven cooking so hot? I have to set everything to 75 degrees lower than the recipe calls for and it is still overcooking everything on the outside while leaving the inside raw. The fan never stops blasting, even on the bake setting also.

- Answer If your recipes are for a conventional oven, that's your answer. Ovens like this, with fans in them, cook food faster. Adjusting cooking times downward should do the trick.
