• Heck yes! I would put a piece of foil in the bottom to make clean up easier. If you're not health conscious, spray a light film of cooking spray on the frozen okra itself. Helps to crisp it up. You're on your own as far as temp and time!

• Definitely! You could also bread fresh okra in there...thou you may want to blanch it for a couple of minutes prior to breading it when you use fresh
