Yes, my daughter cooks frozen fries all the time for a quick snack and you get that deep fried crispiness without the mess and in half the time.

Frozen is probably best to cook in this but both can be cooked in the air fryer.

I have made both and both turn out perfectly. For the fresh ones shake tiny bit of oil over the fresh cut potatoes. If frozen, you dont need it.
