A:Answer Hi. That was me that said that about the vents when pouring the gas. I wouldn't let that deter you, especially since it's on sale again. There is a slight trick to pouring out the oil, could be I'm not fast enough or angle it enough. It doesn't pour out like a mess. I just think a spout would be easier. I just do the best I can then add soap, then use my faucet sprayer to bubble it up. After the 1st couple of times it doesn't bother me. As for the review who said water gets trapped, the water I put doesn't get trapped in window. It just drains out & I put it upside down in the drainer. I find water spots are actually on the outside & can be wiped off. I was concerned 1st time washing it would be an issue but it wasn't. I handwash it.
