If you only watch one TV at a time, you can move your Chromecast device from one TV to another, but if you have TVs in use in two rooms at the same time, then you will need a device for each one. There are no hidden costs or any monthly fees to pay when you use Chromecast, it's just a one-time purchase. Be advised that some apps are region locked. Availability and performance of features and services are application-, device- and network-dependent and may not be available in all areas.
