You may set up your projector and receiver with Chromecast with Google TV by following this guide: > Open Google Home app. > Go to Settings. > Select Remotes & Accessories. > Select Set up remote buttons. > Add device. > Select AV receiver. > Select the brand for your projector or receiver. Popular brands listed for receivers include Yamaha, Denon, Onkyo, Sony, and Pioneer.

I have it set up to adjust volume on my sound bar and adjust inputs on my TV. But it can't be programmed as a macro to turn on the TV, sound bar, and the chromecast itself...so that's a bit disappointing. If your receiver is powered on by HDMI CEC when you turn your projector on, then it may work for you. I always just recommend a Logitech Harmony remote with hub for everyone though. It's the easiest way to control everything.
