• Yes-ish, you will need a USB-C hub with power. After getting that, you can add in a USB flash drive, format it and it will add more storage. After formatting it, you will not be able to use that USB drive on computer without formatting it again.

• No. Chromecast with Google TV has an internal storage of 8GB. You can't add external storage, but we have more than 6,500 apps to use on Google TV. Visit tv.google to view which apps are available.
