- Answer Hi Shell, Circle Home Plus works with your existing Internet service and router to manage the home's Wi-Fi connected devices. It does not replace these things, so you will need to have Internet service provided to your home, as well as a router. QuestionI'm assuming Circle only limits Internet access for smartphones that are connecting at home via WiFi - it does not lock the phone down if using a cellular data plan, correct? Or, is there an app on the phone that handles this as well?

- Answer You can either schedule downtime or manually turn off the internet. They can still use it to make phone calls or send/receive texts.

- Answer You can set time limits and bedtimes for each individual system you add to the circle. If it connects via your network, you can set time limits on it.

QuestionI use a mesh network with low latency. I don’t need or want Circle Wi-Fi, but I do want the protection for my family. Do I have to use Circle Wi-Fi? Can it work after my router and wired in before my mesh network? I just bought my mesh routers....

- Answer No, you do not have to use the Circle device over WiFi. I am using Eero Pro Mesh WiFi as my router with the newest Circle (2nd Gen) connected via Ethernet. Works great. There are complaints online where people are saying that it slowing the network down. I have not experienced this. I have a 150mb down & 50mb up internet service. I am getting those speeds over WiFi and Ethernet. Note: Circle will have to be connected to your router. It cannot go between your Modem and Router.

- Answer You can set rules by individual device and it's easy to change the rules. Time limits are in general, not specific web pages or apps.
