The RAM will be Whatever Manufacturer’s have in stock, but will probably have around 3000Mhz clock speeds. You will not have room for the 4K60. The 2080TIs will probably be stock not overclocked versions.

However, we don't use just any components; we are very particular, selecting graphics cards, memory, and other components, for performance and reliability. Of course, no matter which cards are in the system, they will still be using the NIVIDA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GPU, and have 11GB of GDDR6 memory. With regards to the elgato 4K60 PRO, the configuration, as shipping, does not have a free slot for the card.
