QuestionMy new cat knocked off my old laptop & broke it. My boyfriend bought me a new 1 at Best Buy. THEN my new cat knocked off my new laptop & broke it. I can't find any of the paperwork he gave me. Is anything covered under warranty? Can I get my new 1 fixed?

- Answer The manufacturer warranty would not cover accidental damage (Ex. your cat knocking it off a table and cracking the screen). If you purchased an extended warranty through the Geek Squad/Best Buy called Geek Squad Protection with ADH (Accidental Damage from Handling) it would be covered.

- Answer Hello, while your local Geek Squad may be able to determine what is wrong with your display (drivers, connection, a setting on the laptop, etc) they would not be able to repair it if it is a hardware issue with the display itself. I would still suggest visiting your nearby Best Buy to speak to one of our agents and discuss what may be going on and how it can be resolved.

QuestionDo you setup up a printer to a computer? My computer doesn’t accept it. I got a wireless one and you can’t hook up the printer to it and the computer would find it. Need someone to come out and set it up.

- Answer Did you enter the wifi password into the printer? The printer and the computer need to be on the same wifi network. Geek Squad can hook it up remotely for 39.99 if you pay on the website, or inhome for 79.99 if you pay online.
