Return it! Best Buy KNOWS of this issue and they simply do not care. It is BY LAW Best Buy’s responsibility 100% because THEY sell them, and THEY KNOW about the issue! I am returning mine immediately, and they will NOT charge me a restocking fee! I will threaten them with thee biggest lawsuit, and it wouldn’t be my first lawsuit!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn off cellular because your phone will think the Wi-Fi you have has no internet connection and will use data even though it says it’s connected . After you do that . Do the normal start up procedure, and unlock the drone through the app and off you go. Drone is pretty cool not gonna lie . Ps . Phone I’m using is an iPhone 11
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue at first on my Samsung S23FE. I turned off the bluetooth that my earbuds were connected, closed all other apps and streaming music. Then Started the process over, powered on drone, then the remote, and once paired, then connected to the drones wifi and that worked for mine. I have another Samsung A14 that I tried amd in that case I could only use camera on phone screen if my phone was in airplane mode, which I found bizarre...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you're unable to connect your Contixo F28 GPS Drone to the app, this is a known issue that some users have experienced. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try that might help fix the problem: Check the Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your phone is connected to the drone's Wi-Fi network, not your home Wi-Fi. You might need to turn off mobile data to prioritize the drone's connection. App Permissions: Make sure that the app has the necessary permissions, including location access, which is sometimes required for connecting to the drone's GPS. App Update: Verify that you are using the latest version of the app. Sometimes, connectivity issues are resolved with app updates. Reboot Devices: Restart both the drone and your smartphone. Then, try reconnecting. Reinstall the App: If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure it is correctly set up. If these steps don't resolve the issue and you've noticed that others are experiencing the same problem, contacting Contixo customer support might be necessary.
