A:Answer I don't know for sure but since I used it to replace the CPU fan on my 9 year old mother board, I'm betting it does. When I first unboxed it, I thought It was way more than I needed and it didn't look like it would work because the mounting was way different than the original. Luckily I know how to read and follow directions. I did have to remove the old mounting hardware that was on the motherboard and use the supplied parts. The different spacers, and holes, and screws make me believe this baby is pretty much universal. I had to bolt the mounting base just so, align things in the right slots and the fan screwed down to it nicely.
When I was done, I was amazed at how noisy my old CPU fan had been, this thing is nearly silent. The colored LEDs are way cool, even if I can't see them once my case is closed up. There's a little control that lets you choose from a couple dozen lighting settings.
