Yes, you can connect non-Corsair fans to the Commander Pro as it is a 6 fan, 4 pin PWM controller; however, RGB control is proprietary and you will not be able to control that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The RGB connector is proprietary but it is a standard 3-pin RGB signal(5v, Signal, Gnd). I cobbled together an adapter out of parts that came with my motherboard and it works fine.
