• If you don't have a headphone jack on your phone, you can connect attach a lightning adapter to the headphone jack and it should work. My phone doesn't have the headphone jack port and I use an USB-c adapter connect to the headphone jack and it works perfectly fine.

• This headset has a 3.5mm audio plug that is compatible with older iPhones and with iPads, but Apple removed the 3.5mm audio jack from the iPhone 7 and newer. This headset comes with a USB adapter that lets you use the headphones with a PC, but that won't work with your iPhone. The headset will work well with your iPhone 7 if you also buy the little Lightning-to-audio adapter that Apple sells. I think those are $9.
