More serious answer: It is just a case. On it's own it doesn't do anything but look nice. It will have no impact on your FPS. The motherboard, cpu, ram, and video card you select to go into the case will determine the FPS. If that sounds overwhelming, perhaps you should look at a prebuilt system. There are several to choose from on Best Buy's website. From the Menu at the top of the page, take a look under "Computers & Tablets", "PC Gaming and Virtual Reality", "Gaming Desktops".
For your convenience, I've added two recommendations. One is even built into the case shown here. That Corsair Vengeance system should be pretty good. I built a similar system and have been playing games on a 4k tv with HDR without any issues.
