QuestionSo I bought the k55 rgb pro gaming keyboard to play on playstation 4 but when i try using on games such as Minecraft, Black ops cold war like any games that support keyboard and mouse the keyboard won’t respond and I’m new to using keyboards on console

QuestionCan you take off the wrist rest and does it come with the wrist rest? Also, does the wrist rest go on the keyboard by a magnet? (or how does it connect?)

- Answer The wrist rest ships disconnected. You have to attach it if you want to use it. The mounting point is a hinge so it can rotate under the keyboard if you want it out of the way. Mounting is easy, it snaps clips into place. No magnets.

- Answer Hi Jeremy, Since the K55 has rubber dome switches, it is only compatible with key caps that support rubber dome (no key caps designed for mechanical key switches). Let us know if you have any more questions: support.corsair.com -Albert

- Answer yes, those are macros, those can be programmed by downloading crosshair's software for the keyboard. It should be called ICUE

- Answer its either on or its off and its a set effect, all of one color or one of the effects they give you. keep in mind its a cheaper keyboard not one of the more expensive versions.
