• A:Answer It supports data transfers (It needs data to talk to the iQue RGB system). However, it only moves data at USB 2.0 speeds :/ a long term external hard drive with large files might not be a good use case for this port. This is strange, considering the port on back is USB C, which implies USB 3.0 or greater. But the in box cable is USB-C (mat) to USB-A (computer).

• A:Answer I have this mousepad and the Corsair DarkCore RGB Pro SE mouse. I charged the mouse initially off the second port. But when I just tried charging again, the second port wouldn't charge so I had to plug it in directly to the PC. Not sure if it is a limitation. The USB dongle for the mouse is the only other thing I have plugged into the other port. But, yeah it connects to my computer via USB-A to USB-C cable. It isn't wireless.
