• I'm afraid not, faisal, from what I found out online your XPS 8300 would need DDR3 and this is a DDR4 kit. Please do refer to the computer's manual for more information on memory upgrades/compatibility.

• No, this only works with DDR4 compatible motherboards, from what I see the computer you are asking about is DDR3. I am not completely sure though but I would not take the chance. The ram I linked should work if you are interested. :) -n
