IMO, I would not mix RAM products. Stick to using matching modules, especially if you plan on using these at 3000MHz.

Better performance as well and yes that memory will be fine u can probably leave memory in 3rd slot as well. Put matching memory sticks in slot 1 and 2 and the 8g stick in slot 3
