• No it will not work. You need DDR3 memory, PC3 detonates DDR3 and PC3L meant a DDR3 Low voltage. 1.5V is normal DDR3/PC3 and 1.35V is DDR3L/PC3L DDR4 would be PC4.

• I would say no but always check the number pins on the bottom of the ram. I believe DDR3 and DDR4 have a different total number.
