Q: QuestionDoes this headset have good bass without playing with the settings in a software? I want to use it on PS4 but there’s no sound equalizer on Console, and I love my music, so that’s why I’m wanting it to have good bass by default.

• A:Answer It's going to be different for everyone but the bass is decent. I'm on PC but I don't use it with the EQ and just how it came out of box, not boomy but you know it's there. For my ears I'd have to say 6/10.

• A:Answer As long as you have the adapter to plug in auxiliary you can use this headset for Xbox one. You can raise and lower volume on the headset, you can push to mute the mic on headset

Q: QuestionWhen I turn on PC I have to open ICUE, via taskbar. Then click Lighting Effects for them to even to turn on, or for whatever reason ICUE, "You dont need the audio aspect. Let me turn off audio and default you to keyboard effects"... why? Everyday

• A:Answer Uninstall ICUE, trust me. Best decision I made. Yeah it sucks to not have RGB control through ICUE, however it causes the headset to be buggy in ways it shouldn’t.

• A:Answer Yes, this does come with a 3.5mm cord, but it also come with a USB dongle that you can plug into the PlayStation if you prefer to use this wirelessly. Personally, I have found the audio over the cable to be quieter than the audio when using this in wireless mode. Hope that helps!

• A:Answer Yes, if you use aux input for Xbox and the USB receiver/cable for discord/pc they will work simultaneously. The mic output and dial controls will only work through USB receiver/cable but is very clear.
