Had the same problem when I got mine. I left them to charge overnight and then when I woke they were green. After the first time charging they never took that long to reach full charge and turn green, but I also recommend putting them on charge every other night and just unplug them when you wake up. If needed they can still be used while plugged in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It did for me the first time as well. However nice, fast charging ever since, and you can use them while they charge. Love these phones!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a long enough cable to plug them in while I use them when I get the signal that the battery is low, I rarely have to do this though, it seems to hold a charge quite well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine when it’s not on charges pretty fast but I got a new motherboard so it has fast charge on some of my usb and I got the charge cable in that plug. But it should not be more then 3 hours, the light will be green next to the plug when done
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It shouldn't take 12 hours to charge, 3 at most if its completely dead. Might need to make a warranty claim
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. Bought a set yesterday. I got home and read the directions because I do that. First mention is plugging in the dongle. Okay, but over on the next page it says charge the headset first. So which is it, dongle first or charge first? I'm paranoid about battery powered devices such as this trying to pair automatically and possibly drain the not yet charged battery. So I plug it into a usb 3 port. A few hours later and nothing still but a solid amber light. I searched online and people said sometimes it takes all night and to try a phone charger block. I did so and still nothing different. I drove out to Best Buy today and yet another pair I came home with is doing the exact same thing. I look around online some more and find a video about holding down the mic mute button for 15 secs and plugging it into a phone block. Still nothing but solid amber(near the charging cable I must add). I turned it on while plugged in and it says power on or something and then charging so I guess/hope it's actually charging. Time will tell. The mic boom finally lit up red which it didn't do before but then again I didn't turn it on before. I'm not sure who thinks to turn on new almost dead headphones to then...charge them..when the directions say to charge them first. Can't they just do a booklet exclusively for the charging if it's such a puzzle? Really corsair? Then when they did power on the first lighting setting apparently is rapid red blinking on the sides. This concerned me even further thinking perhaps I'm running down the last few percent of battery left. I think I just realized where about 99% of my anxiety comes from. Electronics that have absolutely no thought put into their design, directions, etc. You're lucky if they work and when they do it'll be for a few years if you're lucky. Anyway, hope this either helps you or helps people avoid this product. Good Luck! You'll need it!
