• almost all corsair products come with a 2 year warranty if you did not purchase a bestbuy warranty. just call corsair and follow the instructions they give you.

• They have a 2 year manufacturers warranty for "Parts" & "Labor". I would visit their website and try to contact them.

• My son has went through a few of these in a short amount of time. They don't seem to last very long unlike some of the other major brands.
