might be something blocking the bottom of the water compartment, if i remember correctly theres a piece of plastic or something covering the hole, go through the set up instructions to make sure
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I plugged mine in first but had to turn the power button on and that turned it on to the low setting. Push it again and it will be on the medium position. Little confusing but once I got the hang of it it worked wonderfully.

To resolve this issue, just empty the unit of all water, turn the base of the unit upside down, and allow it to fully air dry for 48-72 hours.
